About once a year we like to go camping, we were hoping to go camping more this year but it didn't quite work out. Two weeks after Sean got back from SVU, we loaded up the car and headed over to the Farewell Bend State Park. We found a nice little site and set up camp.

Sean made some amazing tin foil dinners and we cooked them over the fire. He did a great job on dinner and boy to I love a man that can cook!
We also used our new dutch oven to make some peach cobbler. The bottom got a little over done but it was still very tasty.
Saturday morning we decided to go check out the campgrounds before leaving. We had such wonderful night under the stars that we had to see what else this area held in store.
They had a cool little viewing area with a telescope so we could see the wildlife around the river.
He was so patient to pose for this picture for me.
And of course we couldn't leave without taking a picture together.
