So we finished our interviews this week and now we are moving on to the home visit!
We feel very blessed that we were able to move on to the next step because we hit a snag with the fingerprints. When my finger prints had come back cleared, Sean’s were rejected. We quickly got him back in to be reprinted but they informed us that it may take 30-60 days to get his fingerprints back. I was pretty bummed about that news but kept praying that they would come back quickly. Well after the long weekend was over we were very surprised to see that we had gotten an email stating that Sean’s fingerprints were cleared! This was truly a blessing in our adoption process. This also allowed us to move onto the next step with the interviews and completing the home study.
Our home study should be completed by Monday and we will then hopefully be approved by end of the next week!
